    (Note: These allowances are based on the original square footage as stated on this price sheet! Modification

  2. A lighting allowance will be given as follows:
    1. ) Homes smaller than 2,300 $1,500
    2. ) Homes greater than 2,301 sq. ft $2,000

  3. A Front door allowance will be given as follows:
    1. ) Homes smaller than 1,801 sq. ft. $ 600
    2. ) Homes greater than 1,800 sq. ft $1,200

  4. $2400 appliance allowance included towards stove, microwave and dishwasher for homes under 2400 sq.ft.
