Please observe the CATCH and RELEASE rule when fishing in the Lakes. NO work is to commence on the exterior of your property (refer to your Deed Restrictions/Deed Restriced Community Manual) until approval is received from the Architectural Review Committee. NON-COMPLIANCE can result in fines,loss of bar code priviliges and/or additional expense to you in removal of the work performed. Please NO PARKING on Common Areas (Playground ,Bocce Courts, etc) as it damages the grass and sprinkler system. Please DO NOT DRIVE your golfcarts on Common Areas. Continuous traffic damages the grass which can cause additional expense to Homeowners Association(the Residents). Use the roadways and do not cross over common areas especially on Lenox where new grass is installed.
