
If a change is in your future, pick up a "Request to Modify" form from the ARC box at your mailbox or ask a member of the Committee for a copy, or download it Here. Fill it out and submit it to a Committee member, staff at the front gate or the Homeowner Association office directly. The ARC meets the second Monday of every month to review all requests and you will receive notice of your request's status by mail shortly thereafter. For requests which require no additional paperwork, or attachments, you may submit them for review using the Online Form
NO work is to be started until approval is received from the ARC in writing.
What is the Architectural Review Committee?
All residents are no doubt aware that Glen Lakes is a deed restricted community, although many
seem unsure as to the meaning of this as it pertains to changes around their property. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was established as an advisory committee to review property changes within the deed restriction requirements. Quite simply, approval is needed when you plan to make changes to your property. These changes may include, but are not limited to:
If you are in doubt as to whether the changes you are planning require approval, follow a simple rule, better to be safe then sorry. You can review the "A Deed Restricted Community" booklet that has been supplied previously to all residents. If you have misplaced your copy, you can obtain one from the Homeowners Association office.
